Jacques Wadler is a Managing Principal at Knickerbocker Realty Group. He has over 19 years experience as a real estate broker focusing on commercial real estate.
Mr. Wadler is a native New Yorker who grew up in a family who focused on investing in real estate. His family started buying real estate in the outer-boroughs in the 1970’s. From a very young age Jacques’ passion for real estate blossomed. He helped his parents analyze new acquisitions and continues to assist them in the management of their real estate.
Jacques started his career in commercial real estate upon graduating from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree. Prior to forming Knickerbocker Realty Group with his long time partner, Vincent Lopez, Jacques was an Associate Broker with Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates.
Mr. Wadler specializes in commercial, industrial, development, retail, multi-family and mixed-use brokerage in Brooklyn and Queens. To this date, he has sold and leased over 200 properties. Jacques has been quoted in publications such as the The Real Deal, Brooklyn Daily Eagle, Commercial Observer and the NY Real Estate Journal.
Jacques currently lives in Long Island, NY. He is an active real estate investor and enjoys bowling, fishing and reading about history.
