Jayce was born and raised in The Bronx. He brings a fresh perspective and strong analytical mindset to the KRG team. A graduate of Union College with a degree in Computer Science, Jayce combines technical problem-solving skills with a deep interest in the dynamic nature of commercial real estate.
Before joining KRG, Jayce gained valuable insight into the industry by shadowing small real estate teams across New York City, where he developed an appreciation for the fast-paced, relationship-driven world of brokerage. Having grown up in The Bronx, Jayce is passionate about contributing to the continued growth and development of his home borough, aiming to play a role in projects that strengthen the community and local economy.
Drawn to real estate for its constant challenges and opportunities for growth, Jayce approaches each project with an open mind, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in building lasting connections. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, exploring new neighborhoods, and learning about market trends and development across New York City.
