Knickerbocker Realty Group (KRG) is a boutique real estate firm specializing in commercial real estate in Brooklyn and Queens. Our approach is a hands-on white glove service. We assist both our clients and our customers’ real estate needs by facilitating and managing the entire real estate process from when the asset is initially brought to our attention and all the way to the closing table. We take pride in being available at all hours to accommodate the needs that our clients and customers require. Our path to success is built upon trust, expertise and first class service.
Founded in 2018, KRG is locally owned by Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler. We are active brokers with a combined 30 plus years of real estate experience. We specialize in industrial and commercial real estate. Our main focus is warehouses, vacant land, development sites, retail, office and investment opportunities.
