Jacques Wadler is a Managing Principal at Knickerbocker Realty Group with more than 22 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker in Brooklyn and Queens. He specializes in industrial, retail, development, multifamily, and mixed-use properties throughout New York City’s outer boroughs, with a focus on helping owners, investors, and users execute acquisitions, dispositions, and lease transactions across the local market. To date, he has sold and leased more than 200 properties. His work has been featured in The Real Deal, Commercial Observer, Brooklyn Daily Eagle, Traded NY, and the NY Real Estate Journal.
A native New Yorker, Jacques grew up in a family with deep roots in outer borough real estate investment and has been involved in analyzing and managing income-producing properties since early in his career. After graduating from Boston University, he entered commercial brokerage and later co-founded Knickerbocker Realty Group with his longtime partner, Vincent Lopez. He remains an active real estate investor, acquiring mixed-use and commercial assets in the same Brooklyn and Queens markets he serves as a broker.
Jacques is a proud family man who values time with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, bowling, and fishing.
